Part of preparing for your tomorrows– spiritually and otherwise–  involves an active, authentic and informed process of setting benchmarks and goals. And not just any goals but goals that actually make you happy.

This may sound like a no-brainer but if you examine your past goals, perhaps they were more about pleasing others or achieving some sense of who you should be, where you should go, what you should do rather than about what gives you joy and makes your heart sing.

I know for sure I am happier now personally and professionally than I’ve ever been. And part of that involved planting the seeds of happiness “yesterday” that are now blossoming today. And each time life presented me with less-than-desirable situations I remembered that old adage, “if you want to keep getting what you’re getting, keep doing what you’re doing”. But if you want something different [read: more fulfilling and authentic], especially when happiness is on the line, you have to plan and PREPARE for it earnestly and with great expectation that the Divine will support you in achieving it.

So if you want to PREPARE for a bright future that truly makes you happy (not necessarily accomplished, rich, liked or even loved … unless those things, and what’s required to have them, also make you happy) then start by watching this 10-minute video on how to set goals that actually make you happy from entheos.com!
