Soar by the Spirit!

Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of speaking regarding the process of writing my book, The G.R.E.A.T.E.S.T. Soul Journey.  One of the questions that is consistently asked is “what challenges did you have?”  When I tell the story of how smoothly and quickly everything went from writing the book, through editing, and then finally publishing, people look at me with amazement.  I remember during the process I got really nervous because everything was happening so fast.  I remember calling a friend and talking to them about my feelings of being “pushed” through the process as if I were being pulled along by a “current”.  I was going in the right direction but I wasn’t “doing it”.  My friend said, “Go with it”.  Those three simple words allowed me to let go and Fly with Faith.

As I contemplated on the concept and ability to Fly with Faith, I could hear my mother saying “get out of your own way”, which basically means “stop trying to control everything” and allow the life process to unfold aka “let go and let God”.  Many times we are so “married to the outcome” that we try to control every part of the process to ensure what we want will come to pass.  However, when we Fly with Faith, we are able to see more, do more, create more, and experience more.  When we Fly with Faith, we often have to “work” less because we are “allowing” Spirit to do what it does best and for our best interest.

Take a moment to answer the following questions:

  • Are there areas in your life where you feel that you have done all that you can do?
  • Are there areas in your life where you feel that you are constantly working hard to “make it happen” yet there appear to be no results?
  • Are there areas in your life where it seems like the more you push forward, the more it seems like you are going backwards?

If the answer is “yes”, to any of the above questions, then stop, be still, and release it to Spirit.  Once it is released, you will either begin to receive messages internally from that “still small voice” and/or hear repetitive messages in conversations, in books, etc. on what to do next or you will be led to do something completely different.  Know that this is okay because Spirit is always working to manifest what is the best for you.

As you Soar by the Spirit and Fly with Faith, you will find yourself meeting people and/or having experiences that are better than you could ever dream or imagine.  Know that you are directly being led to where you want and are supposed to be.

God Bless and Continue to Live By the Spirit!
