RESOLVE … By The Spirit™ in 2012!

As 2011 draws to a close, we thought it beneficial to focus on the theme RESOLVE By The Spirit to encourage you to get still, get clear, and commit to make the necessary changes in your life to rise to a higher level of spiritual wisdom and live the abundant life the Creator intends for you to live.
What type of life does God have in store for you? God’s will is that you experience the fruit of the spirit in every aspect of your life (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control). And by example, God showed us through the process of creation noted in Genesis that we can (and do) create our “world” and experience through our words when we resolve to do so.
“And God said … and it was … and it was good.” Genesis 1 NKJV
The “way shower” Jesus came to remind us that we are to live life to the full until it overflows. Buddha said “[w]e are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.” And the Law of Attraction teaches that what you have your mind on has its mind on you. The “mother” of positive thinking, Louise Hay (HayHouse), says “our thinking creates and brings to us whatever we think about [because] … every time we think a thought, every time we speak a word, the universe is listening and responding to us.”
Therefore, aligning your thoughts and actions with the universal plan for your life is the path to the divine fulfillment of all you were meant to be. Because we were made in God’s image and likeness you too have the power to create your reality through thoughts that manifest in your words. What you are experiencing today is a result of what you spoke into existence in the days past. Resolve to create love, joy and abundance in the future by resolving your mind today.
The word resolve means to settle or find a solution to (a problem, dispute, or contentious matter) in verb form. It means to decide, settle, determine and dissolve. As a noun, resolve is a firm determination to do something. Resolve is a resolution, decision, determination or purpose. This month we encourage you to reflect on what you desire and require and then RESOLVE to name it and claim it. You have the power!
